We ship all orders to customers in the United States from warehouses located in the U.S. and Canada.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping time: 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, FedEx or Canada Post.
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window on eligible items.

Return eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Please note:

  • Some items, including large equipment, hygiene products, or final-sale items, are not eligible for return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
